Beware! It could be worse than the product. I have the speed I class 2 (slow), even though the package says class 6 (fast).
I bought two of these-DATA 16GB Turbo SDHC “Class 6″ memory cards for Canon Vixia HF-100 video camera. I explained to them (one at a time, duh) and HF-100 reports as a Class 6 card-Yes! “But other than the Class 2-Boo!
Real disappointment for me, because the HF-100 is a Class 4 or better record in FXP mode. I get an annoying pop – up to the viewfinder, “Class 2 memory. Can not record in FXP mode. “Bummer!
I can not help but shed specutation how they can get as high cost, and wins the game: Purchase the reduction of the quality of even small parts of the test programs and the use of Level II ratings. There are many ways to lower production costs, but ultimately it comes to quality. I am sure that every part of the plant leaves testing, in general, how semiconductors are made, so why not know how I got meet the spec? Certainly, because the parts are small, and they will not test all cases, the angle. Certainly companies like SanDisk, which much broader business strategy is the risk of lowering quality standards to achieve short profit gains.
Finally, the 16GB if you want and are willing to share some risks in implementing them ( speed / integrity) this is a part of you.
If your class 6, and not bother to return things if they do not work – as I do, or are very concerned on data integrity, you want to a better-known journalist, who founded qualty and the name of defending the book.
I want this product because of performance problems 1 rate, but I finally was able to lower part of my Casio Exilim EX-Z1050 camera and it is not ok (not speed grade requirement, with the camera). So, I manage to save a bad situation.
I am going to order another 16GB card. This time I try to transcend. Ha Are not SanDisk! But the HF-100 recognized Transcend 8GB card I had laying around as class 6, so maybe the 16GB is ok too. I know where some of the risks to Transcend, but I just can not bring myself to shell out the dough for SanDisk. If I lose all my vacation videos and photos that I can consider my penny pinching tactics though -We ‘ll see.
Update: two Transcend 16GB parts were recognized by my HF-100 fine

While this in no way reflects the Amazon. com, which always has superior service, I would point out that this product not to sell to Amazon.
I purchased this product can be used in sd780is Canon. I tested the recording 20min HD video and take several pictures. I moved them to the computer and then back to the map. Apparently the job perfectly.
day my son was born I was ready for my new camera and a new 32GB Adata memory (tested). I took some pictures and videos, which seemed to be saved. When I went to the pictures and a video camera to use the following message: “memory error”. When I came home and put the card on your computer, your computer will not reconized the card at all.
I trusted this card and try it for yourself. It let me down, and lost moments, now preserved only in my mind. I’d like to share these moments with others, maybe my son after one years. I trust this product or the company with everything that may be of interest to you.
I’ve caught from San Disk and havent had a problem. Now I know why they are a premium.

It takes really great influence on me, but this card is actually working. I bought it from my use of the new Creative ZEN player, and it’s great. Quickly and easily accepted by both my player and card reader. No problem, and yes it is value for money.
probably buy a few more in the near future

I was a little nervous buying an unknown brand of SD card (this is made in Taiwan). But the results were good! My new camcorder (Canon VIXIA HF100 Flash Memory High Definition Camcorder 12x optical zoom image stabilizer) is a Class 4 SDHC card or higher (this card is classified as Class 6), and it works well. No need to spend more. . .

Paid $ 63 plus shipping. Put it on a new camera, and it shows Memory Error. Other SDHC cards worked perfectly in the camera. I tried the A-DATA another digital camera that accepts SD cards, and also received an error CARD. Would not correspond to the shape of the contract. Does not appear when I plugged in the USB SDHC card reader on your computer.
March 21, 2010, 12:29 amMaybe some people had more luck, but the company is obviously not to test these cards before they send them away.
