Markings on this product (SDHC Ultra II 16GB SDHC card) is very confusing. In front of it requires a maximum speed of 15MB/sec. At the same time the market as either a “class 2″ (or at least read / write speed is only 2 MB / s), or “Class-4-(4 MB / s). Move up to” Class-6 card from the same manufacturer, you need to buy SanDisk 16GB Extreme III SDHC card, which costs 2-3 times more.
I decided to take this opportunity to Ultra II card, although my new Canon EOS Rebel T1i specifically calls for “class – 6-video-capture card. It is my pleasure to announce that the card is fast enough to keep the camera, but the sequence and 1080 HD video mode.
My reference (see “Customer Images) showed that reading speed, this card is always quick 18-19MB / s. The write speed is highly dependent on the size of the file:
– small files 1MB each, the card can not only write about 6 Mb / s. This means can be regarded as a borderline “category-6.
– the typical images (4-6 MB each) If the writing is much faster than about 10MB / s.
– writing a large file to 1GB, the card can actually claimed a maximum speed of 15 Mb / s.
SanDisk Ultra II can not achieve a good option if you want to use for ReadyBoost device (often writing a smaller file). But when used in digital cameras, this “class-4 card is as fast or faster than any other sign of ‘class 6 cards (eg, Transcend 16GB SDHC Class 6, the levels of 11MB / s of large files) . This makes the Ultra II high value – especially for those people who want a trusted brand name living.

I got this product is just a few days, even free shipping. I took a vacation for the Nikon D80. I’ve been shooting simultaneously in RAW and JPEG and do not want to limit my memory. I will never meet this card before I return the computer to download images. It is really ridiculous how much space is at a premium. I recommend it because it works well and has a huge capacity. I should mention that I have never been a matter of Sandisk. I used a 2GB Sandisk Ultra II SD card in my Nikon P5000 years in advance. I could only down to the card, but I wanted more space. If you take photos, even though each shutter, then the book are two very high quality copies at the same time, make it impossible to fill this map.

Marketing-speak says “featuring fast up to 15MB / s read / write speeds,” but look at the picture of the map and see the number “4″ “C” shape. This symbol means that this card is classified as “Class 4″, which means that the SD-association standard for testing, only 4 MB / s is guaranteed. This map is an overcharge misleading marketing. I suggest you buy a cheaper class 4 card, or a Class 6 or higher card. Consider instead buying Transcend 16GB SDHC Class 6 Flash Memory Card SD-TS16GSDHC6E [Amazon Frustration-Free Packaging]

I bought a set of SanDisk Ultra II SDHC cards 16GB/15MB recommendation camera rep. I have checked many stores, and if I had found this card, (only 1 of 7 stores had) was only sold in the price. Fortunately, Amazon. com is 16GB/15MB SanDisk Ultra II SDHC card and savings shares.
If you’re shooting HD video, this disc is ideal. I am and the film quality is excellent. Using the disk again and again, has not reduced the quality of the recordings. Another advantage is the convenience. I spontaneously from the card, put it in my computer (I use a MacBook Pro), and when I download the content, I have another card and I’m back shooting within minutes. Save time and money, without fear of less than high quality. The album included SanDisk MicroMate nice!

I have used this card in my Canon PowerShot SD790IS. I have a card reader in My Computer, and have taken the card from the camera and immediately read, use the download cable. After about 1 1 / 2 months I have had problems with the camera saying that card is blocked. I take the card out and make sure it is not locked, and set it again. The camera now write to the card. This is annoying, and I hope it does not fault the card. We see the time, but I do not intend to use the download cable or remove the card from the camera. The price and terms of space, it was really good. If anyone else has this problem, only Chime in. I follow later, so everyone knows, if this problem persists.
